I would use it where it is justified by the risk, while being careful about privacy, certificates, and operational impact. Decryption can improve visibility, but it also changes trust and can break applications if it is not configured correctly. A strong answer shows that decryption is a trade-off, not an automatic yes.

I would review what traffic it allows, who can reach it, and whether there is a narrower way to express the same business need.
