I would define the capability precisely, build a controlled setup, and test whether the behavior appears consistently as scale or conditions change. The key is to rule out simpler explanations and make the experiment robust enough that the result means something scientifically.

I would align on the risk being addressed, the expected behavior, and the trade-offs each team cares about. Good collaboration means translating technical findings into decisions that engineering can implement and policy or ethics teams can evaluate responsibly.

I would choose a result that helps make internal model behavior more understandable or controllable at scale. A strong answer would explain not only why the result is interesting, but also what limitations remain and what the next experiment should be.

I would assume that more capable models can create new failure modes, new misuse patterns, and more subtle alignment problems. That means safety work has to scale with capability, not lag behind it.
